Customer Service Engineer - Tier2 Support (two positions available)

On-Site: Phoenix, AZ

Dept. of Veteran's Affairs (VA) $33 hr 1099 (W2 rate negotiable) Bachelor's degree or 8 years experience

  • Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot IT systems
  • Provide remote/desk-side support resolving IT tickets and hardware/software issues
  • Manage user accounts, integrate software, compile reports, and assist customers
  • Maintain Active Directory, support networks, and configure apps
  • Monitor ServiceNow tickets, report issues, and ensure compliance
  • Follow safety protocols and troubleshoot efficiently
